  • Orders placed outside normal business hours begin processing on the next business day.

The estimated timeframes below are provided as general guidance.

  • Domestic delivery where available: Usually 5–7 business days after dispatch.
  • International delivery: Usually 14–21 business days depending on the destination country and carrier route.

Unexpected delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather issues, transport disruptions, or courier operations.

After dispatch, delivery is managed by the selected carrier. Although courier handling is outside our direct control, Zerexion will assist customers with shipping-related concerns whenever possible.

  • If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, please check nearby areas and contact the carrier first.
  • Missing or delayed shipments may require an investigation by the delivery company.
  • If your package arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contact us with clear photos as soon as possible.

7. Shipping Address Accuracy

Zerexion is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information.
